Hi Song Lions and Lambs:
Hope you had a “songworthy” Valentine’s Day!
Our next Princeton Songwriters meeting will be on Tuesday, March 14, at 7:30 pm.
Paul Robeson Center for the Arts
102 Witherspoon St.
We usually meet in the Burke Studio – go upstairs and all the way back, quick left, quick right and there you are. As always, you can ask the friendly faces at the front desk for directions if you need it. If we’re meeting in an alternate room, they’ll direct you.
Time’s running out to enroll in NSAI Spring Training, March 31-April 1 in Nashville. It’s an intense but fun two-day immersion in the craft and business of songwriting–with industry/songwriter panels and publisher break-out sessions. (And lots of stories, songs and laughs.)
NSAI Spring Training is NSAI’s longest-running event, and for over 20 years it’s been the standard by which all other Nashville songwriting seminars are measured. Former Spring Training attendees include hit writers Jon Vezner (Where’ve You Been – Kathy Mattea), Tia Sillers (I Hope You Dance – LeAnne Womack), Barry Dean (Pontoon – Little Big Town) and Lance Carpenter (Love Me Like You Mean It – Kelsea Ballerini). Ask any of us coordinators about our own experiences attending Spring Training or Song Camps.
